STAF would like to thank Tracy Gentles our founding Creative Director & CEO, Deborah Williams OBE for her unparalleled support as STAF’s founding Chair (2019-22), Nadine Patel, Dawn Estefan, Dawn Walton OBE, Abi Shapiro, Mark Kramer and Emma Rettig for their support as previous board members, and Cathryn Wright for her support with our early organisational development.

In November 2022 we embedded our Transition Board, bringing together expertise across the arts, health, education, social justice and technology sectors. As well as supporting STAF’s leadership as trustees, over the next year this group will explore the complexities of charity governance, working towards the development of a community-connected governance model for implementation in 2024.
