The STAF Team have a long history of supporting independent artists, organisations and unincorporated groups of varying size; from the grassroots to large scale operations, including universities and cultural institutions. Our approach is structured in a cycle of listening and responding and can be conducted online or face-to-face; 1:1, small groups (up to 12), or larger groups, dependent on your needs.
Our standard rates below are based on our online support for individuals and small organisations, with a turnover of under £250.000. If you are independent and without funding in place, we see you, and are working through our Practical Dreaming: Artist Support Fund to ensure everyone in need of our help can access our team. If this is the case or you are from a larger group/organisation and would like to discuss support please contact our team.
Daily rate: £500 per day ( ½ day reading and preparation, ½ day consultancy)
Meeting rate: A focused 90-min session in times of crisis and/or change from one of our team supporting strategy building, developing a road map for next steps is available at: £150
Admin 101 : Including advice on setting up business entities (e.g. CIO, CIC, sole trader, Ltd, etc.) and their obligations. System and process templates, policies, access riders - a 1-hour session is priced at £75. Advice on suggested length based on needs will be given on confirming support.
After each session you will be given an aftercare document, outlining our conversation and including recommended next steps.
